Burlington High School is known as one of the best schools in the area. It is also the only public high school in the Burlington School District that serves grades 9 through 12. The school has about 989 students and a student-to-teacher ratio of about 13:1. This makes it a good place for students to get personal attention while also having a wide range of academic options. Students can take Advanced Placement classes, and 39% of them do. The student body is very diverse, with 39% of students being minorities and 49% of students being economically disadvantaged. The school does very well academically, with 52% of students doing well in math and 54% doing well in reading. State-level data shows that the average amount spent on each student is over $20,000. However, Burlington High School is still a key part of the lively Vermont community. This school is known as one of the best in the area. Its strengths are its welcoming culture and its dedication to getting students ready for college through tough classes, and it is one of the best high school in Vermont.

The new Burlington High School and Technical Center is being built ahead of schedule and is expected to cost about $6 million less than planned. This four-story building will be environmentally friendly and have a modern 750-seat auditorium, a two-story student commons, and specialized learning studios for the 21st century. Students are getting ready for a big change as the district moves from its temporary downtown location to the new Institute Road campus for the fall semester.

Ans. Burlington High School has a traditional schedule with the same class rotations every day.

Ans. Yes, Burlington High School has a lot of different programs that help students find out what they're good at and what they like.

Ans. Yes, Burlington High School lets students who want to go to college take both the SAT and the ACT.
