In recent times, educational authorities in the Dallas region have made further strides towards providing better early childhood education opportunities for children by agreeing to provide universal free pre-k for all children who are 3 and 4 years old within the Dallas Independent School District in the upcoming academic year. The decision was reached by a unanimous vote of the school board.
Q1. When does the school day start for Genesis Campus Pre-K Thru 5?
Ans. It opens between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., depending on the typical school day schedule for elementary school students.
Q2. Is there anything outside of classes at Genesis Campus Pre-K Thru 5 that students could do?
Ans. There will be extracurricular activities like art, music, sport, and clubs depending on the grade of the child.
Q3. Is there a school bus available to transport students to school?
Ans. The school may provide bus services for students to travel to school; parents can also transport students as per the district policy.
Q4. Are meals provided at the school?
Ans. Meals are provided by the school as part of the meal programs offered. Parents have the choice of providing meals for their children at school.
Q5. What channels will the school use to communicate with the parents?
Ans. The school will inform the parents via newsletters, parent-teacher conferences, phone calls, and email communication.
