Corinne Franks Oh

Corinne Franks Oh is a seasoned school counselor and college admissions essay coach based in Austin, Texas, with more than a decade and a half of experience supporting high school students through academic planning, college preparation and the transition to postsecondary education. Since 2010, she has served as a school counselor with the Austin Independent School District, overseeing 504 accommodations, Early College Start programs, college placement testing, including TSI and Accuplacer, and Naviance implementation. Her role encompasses comprehensive academic counseling, social-emotional support and guiding students through the complexities of the college application process within a public school setting.

In addition to her full-time work in the district, Corinne operates The Weekend Counselor, her freelance practice offering college admissions essay coaching, middle school to high school transition support and private and small group counseling sessions.
