Latest News

The Association for Middle Level Education (AMLE) recently named Kaimuki Middle School in Honolulu, Hawaii, a "School of Distinction" for 2025. This has caused a lot of buzz. This prestigious award shows how dedicated the school is to making a positive and supportive learning environment where students feel supported, challenged, and inspired. "STAR time" is a daily period at the school that combines study hall, tutoring, advisory, and intervention. It gives students personalized help and chances to do things outside of school.

The school's music program is also doing well. The band and orchestra are both very good, and there is a strong sense of community among students and staff. Kaimuki Middle School is one of only 24 schools in the country to receive this honor for its commitment to creating a caring environment.
