Recently, Middlebury Union High School held a Personal Project Exhibition to honor the accomplishments of its sophomore class. Students showed off their long-term projects, which ranged from fixing engines to specialized UV printing. The school's dedication to the International Baccalaureate (IB) program is still a major focus. The IB program is a tough academic program that stresses global citizenship and understanding between cultures. The Varsity Boys Football team also added to the school's storied athletic history by winning the state championship. The district is also improving technical education with a new half-million-dollar advanced manufacturing lab.
