This public school has about 740 students in grades 9 through 12 and keeps a student-to-teacher ratio of about 11:1. The Jericho Town Hall is currently hosting the 2025-2026 Art Exhibition for Mt. Mansfield Union High School. It will be open until mid-February and will feature works by more than forty student artists in a variety of mediums, including darkroom photography, pottery, and fine metals. The district has also started a new podcast series called "A Mount Mansfield Minute" to give the community creative, behind-the-scenes updates on school life and changes in education. The school is also moving forward with its district priorities for 2022–2025 by adding more digital learning tools and project-based curriculum to better prepare students to be global citizens.
