Elizabeth Biever, a student at Brookings High School, was recently chosen for the prestigious High School Honors Performance Series. She will perform at Carnegie Hall in February 2026. The cast and crew of the school's One-Act Play also did very well at the 2026 State Festival, where they won several top awards for their creative work. The first B-Town Vocal Jazz Festival will also take place in March 2026. This will give students a new way to show off their artistic skills next to professional clinicians.
