The Apprenticeship Exploration School is expanding its project-based learning model by teaming up with local business leaders. This gives students direct access to pre-apprenticeship certifications in technical fields that are in high demand. The school just opened a new "Maker Space" classroom with high-tech 3D printing and digital design tools to help students with engineering problems.
