The Aerospace/Hydrospace Engineering and Physical Sciences High School is still making its STEM-based curriculum better by working with schools like the University of Connecticut and Fairfield University and using project-based learning. Recently, students at the Fairchild Wheeler campus worked on community projects, like big food and toy drives that brought in almost a thousand pounds of donations for families in the area. The school's current goals are to expand its teacher mentorship programs and to create a friendly campus culture where students use new technologies to solve problems around the world.
