Clark-Shaw Magnet School of Math, Science, and Technology is a public middle school in Mobile, Alabama, serving grades 5-8 under Mobile County Public Schools. Located at 5960 Arlberg Street, it is a magnet school specialising in advanced academics, particularly in STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics), offering rigorous coursework including Project Lead The Way and gifted and talented programs. The school draws students from across Mobile County by choice, emphasising global awareness, responsibility, and academic excellence. Students are expected to meet elevated behavior, attendance, and academic standards. The faculty implements a rotating class schedule and ensures challenging instruction in core subjects and electives. In spring 2025, the Clark-Shaw Robotics team won the Robot Design Award and placed 2nd in the Teamwork Challenge at the 2025 MCPSS VEX IQ “Bots on Parade” competition held at Clark-Shaw.
Also in 2025, the school was named #1 middle school in Alabama by GreatSchools.org, receiving a perfect score across student progress, test scores, and equity metrics.
