Hayes earned the highest possible "Blue" rating on the 2025 Kentucky Summative Assessment (KSA), the only traditional middle school in Fayette County to do so. The school saw significant gains in all five tested content areas, with a 71% proficiency rate in reading and an 8% jump in math proficiency compared to the previous year.
