West High School is improving its well-known International Baccalaureate (IB) program by adding new group projects that focus on global citizenship and advanced research. The campus is excited about the May 12, 2026, graduation at the Alaska Airlines Center. It will be a big deal for the graduating class. The school's performing arts department has also added new technical theater electives, which give students hands-on experience with modern stagecraft and production management.
