Snap the dot

MoonCampaign by Riaan (9 years)

I am presenting my project called Snap the Dot. In this game, the brighter dot is the player, and the dimmer dot is the ghost that you try to catch. I used the on start block to set the audio pin, create variables, and make sprites. I added movement, sound, and pauses to make the game smooth. When buttons are pressed, conditions are checked, the score changes, and sounds play. If the conditions are wrong, the game ends. This project helped me learn coding blocks, logic, and game design.

All about Riaan project

I am excited to present my project called Snap the Dot.

In this game, the brighter dot represents the player, and the dimmer dot represents the ghost that the player tries to catch. I started my code using the on start block. In this block, I set the audio pin to pin 13, created variables, and made two sprites using blocks from the game section. I also adjusted the brightness so the player can clearly identify which dot is theirs. A tone plays at the start, and I added pauses to make the movement smooth.
