Bruce, a creative and practical young inventor, loved the idea of automating everyday tasks. For his project, he designed a Remote Control Gate using an Arduino Uno and a servo motor to open and close a gate remotely.
He explained how the system listens for signals from an IO receiver connected to a remote control. When Bruce pressed a button on the remote, the Arduino sent power to the servo motor, rotating the gate open to 180 degrees. After a few seconds, the motor turned the gate back to the closed position automatically, ensuring security.
