I created the Micro:bit Toasty Timeless Game. This interactive project uses the Micro:bit’s temperature sensor to challenge players to reach a target heat level. Players can set a difficulty, and the Micro:bit monitors the surrounding temperature. If the target is met, it celebrates with a hot icon and cheerful music. If the goal isn’t reached, a sad face and somber tone appear.

I’m presenting my Micro:bit project called Toasty Timeless Game. This interactive game uses the Micro:bit’s built-in temperature sensor to challenge players to reach a specific heat level. Players first choose a difficulty level, which sets the target temperature. Then, the Micro:bit continuously monitors the surrounding temperature to see if the goal is achieved.
If the player reaches the target temperature, the Micro:bit celebrates by displaying a hot icon and playing a cheerful melody. If the temperature falls short, a sad face icon appears with a somber tone to indicate that the goal wasn’t met. This combination of visual and audio feedback makes the game fun and engaging, while also teaching players about temperature sensing and real-time responses.
