MoonCampaign by Samarth (9 years)
Samarth, a 9-year-old coder, created “Bunny Duck,” an interactive animation project on the micro:bit integrating images, sounds, and accelerometer gestures using MicroPython. Button A triggers the duck to say "quack" with a fun tune, while button B shows a more dramatic scene with scrolling text and music. Shaking the micro:bit activates a playful animation of the duck getting hit with multiple frames and sound effects. The project features custom LED images using brightness levels, musical effects via the music module, and a looping loading animation, creating a mini interactive cartoon/game that showcases creative coding and multimedia integration.

Samarth grinned as he prepared to present his “Bunny Duck” animation created with a micro:bit. “Hi, I’m Samarth. I’m nine years old and in fourth grade,” he began excitedly. “I love robotics and coding, and today I’m showing you my project that brings a duck to life.”
He explained how pressing button A makes the duck say “quack,” display an image on the LED screen, and play a catchy tune. “It’s like the duck is saying hello to us,” Samarth said with a smile.
