Springfield Township Middle School officially broke ground on a $34 million renovation and addition project on April 9, 2025. The work will modernize the 1958 building with features such as a performing arts center, special education suite, counseling center, low-incidence classrooms, a fitness center, and infrastructure upgrades including a new HVAC system and expanded cafeteria. Construction began in March 2025 and is scheduled for completion by December 2026.
