Dickinson High School is in the middle of a $69 million expansion and renovation project that will change the school completely. As of late 2025, the project was 22% complete. This huge project will build a three-story academic wing, a new cafeteria, and a new auditorium that will be used by the next generation of students. The school has officially changed its name to Mavericks, and students are still doing well on their own. For example, junior Ava Hauck recently received a $50,000 grant for her projects.
