See top schools in ColumbusHardaway High School is a public school in Columbus, Georgia, for kids in grades 9 through 12. The Muscogee County School District includes it. We try to keep the number of students per teacher at 17:1, and the school usually has between 900 and 1,100 students. This helps us make sure that kids get good support and good teaching. Hardaway High has a full high school program. The 6% of students are good at math and 24% are good at reading. That really shows that some students are having trouble with school, and it keeps us focused on how important it is to get help through programs, tutoring, and better teaching. Georgia's state and local budgets give us money, and we decide how much to spend on each student. We use this money to help students with support services and get them ready to graduate. Students in Georgia take state tests and can also take college entrance tests, like the SAT and ACT, at times set by the district.
