The Okaloosa Regional Detention has updated its educational program with new classroom supplies and digital learning technology. New workshops on life skills and career readiness are now available to help students plan their future. The educational projects aimed at the formation of practical knowledge and responsibility.
Q1. Okaloosa Regional Detention provides short-term education services?
Ans. Yes, The program is for students who are in temporary detention.
Q2. Can students earn academic credits during studies?
Ans. Yes, Students can complete coursework and earn credits transferable.
Q3. Are there any counseling or support services?
Ans. Students are able to receive counseling and behavioral support services.
Q4. How is student progress tracked?
Ans. Progress is monitored by means of coursework, assessments and liaison with home schools.
Q5. What do the students do after completing the program?
Ans. Students generally go back to regular or alternative schools to continue their education.
