The Kent County Secondary ILC has started a new Individualized Success Initiative that gives each student personalized vocational training and life skills certifications. The campus recently opened a renovated multipurpose learning suite that is meant to make it easier for students to work together on hands-on projects. Also, students are taking part in a new community partnership program that gives them real-world work-study experiences at different businesses in Dover.
