The students enrolled in Martin Luther King Jr. Academy for Boys felt the backing of their community with the personal welcomes they received from their community leaders. The students' and parents' handbooks were updated online. We held an Open House on August 21, 2025, in which families had the opportunity to meet teachers. Additionally, we are fundraising to allow students to participate in an educational trip to Washington, D.C..
