ShadowGlen Elementary welcomed Chelsea Young as its new principal for 2025-26, coming from a prior role where she led a campus to a 22% increase in math achievement for sixth graders. The school hosted its 3rd Annual Mental Health Fair during the school year, open to the community. ShadowGlen students are also participating in the Manor ISD 2026 Robotics Challenge hosted at the Manor High School Complex. The district simultaneously earned its seventh consecutive Texas Art Education Association District of Distinction award, a recognition that runs across all Manor ISD campuses.
