Los Fresnos CISD kicked off the 2025–2026 school year on August 11, 2025, welcoming students back to all campuses, including Los Fresnos Elementary. The district hosted a Back-to-School Open House for all elementary families on September 4, 2025, giving parents a chance to connect with teachers and explore the campus for the new academic year.
