Columbus Elementary in New Rochelle is dedicated to a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all students as of August 2025. The school partners with the Boys & Girls Club to provide after-school programs for students in kindergarten through fourth grade during the 2025-2026 school year. These programs run from September to June and cost $100 per year. Additionally, Columbus Elementary focuses on multiple cultural functions, incorporating arts education, dance program, and West African and Mexican dance to broaden students' insights into different cultures.
