Creekview Elementary has recently had major accomplishments academically, as they had many students that were successful at the District UIL Academic Contest held on April 6th, 2026. This also follows them being successful at the Science and Engineering Fair of Houston earlier this spring. As a result, the school has now implemented the "Love For Reading Initiative" in order to continue the success of the Battle of the Books event and provide opportunities for all grade levels to develop lifelong reading habits as well as critical thinking skills through reading.
