Kennedy-Powell Elementary has had a "bright" year in 2025-2026! The school's new classroom wing, which officially opened to replace old portables, is being enjoyed by both students and staff. These permanent, modern spaces have changed the way the campus is laid out and made it a better place for the "KP" family to be together. The school is still doing great things in STEM, which helps it keep its reputation as a leader in new ways to teach elementary school students in Temple ISD.
