Being Updated
Recently, Woodlake Elementary honored its Distinguished Educators of the Year, including Ms. Pina as Teacher of the Year and Ms. Guerra as Novice Teacher of the Year. This was a way to show how hard all the staff members work on campus. The school has also taken part in events that benefit the community and students, such as the Kids Heart Challenge and the HEB Recycling Challenge, where a lot of people took part. Science Night and Field Day were two events that brought students and their families together. The staff vs. student kickball game was another way to boost school spirit. These times show how much the school cares about both getting students involved and learning every day.
