Being Updated
One of Windcrest Elementary's teachers, Kathryn McLemore, was recently named a finalist for Teacher of the Year at the district level. Earlier this school year, she was also named Educator of the Month for her work with students both in and out of the classroom. Not only does she teach academics, but she also helps her students build confidence and stay interested in learning. This kind of recognition is good for the school and shows how hard teachers work every day to help students.
