The "Boot Scoot" fundraiser at Leon Springs Elementary School recently had a lot of people from the school, the community, and the staff take part. A lot of people from schools nearby also came out to help with the event. Students had fun at the event and helped the school by doing things. It brought the school community together in a good way. The fact that the event went so well shows that the school encourages students to get involved and creates a safe space for them to do so.
