Ans. The qualifications for Pre-K at Meadows Elementary are based on state criteria set by the state of Texas, which include low English proficiency, economic disadvantages, or military affiliation.
Q2. How does Meadows Elementary help children move from Pre-K to Kindergarten?
Ans. There is a smooth transition from Pre-K to Kindergarten through the efforts of the respective teachers who work together and align their curriculum, as well as share the data of the child.
Q3. What is the 'Meadows Mentors' initiative?
Ans. 'Meadows Mentors' is a collaborative effort with a local corporation wherein their employees come and spend time with kids, reading stories to them and mentoring them.
Q4. Does Meadows Elementary have any partnerships with any community members for food support?
Ans. Yes, Meadows Elementary has ties with local food pantries and the North Texas Food Bank to give kids meals during the weekends.
Q5. What are the technological facilities at Meadows Elementary?
Ans. Every student enrolled at Meadows Elementary is provided with a Chromebook at school or even at home, making it a 1:1 campus.
