The Vanguard Picasso school students shall be the participants in the character and leadership program that has recently been designed within the district for implementation from August 15, 2026, aiming at improving the mentoring and community involvement of the elementary students at PK-5 grade levels. The character and leadership program would consist of the monthly leadership sessions conducted by the faculty members and businesspeople of the local community, whereas the student council elections will be held in early September 2026.
