In recent weeks, South Elementary School in Midland was part of a discussion during a Midland ISD board meeting as district leaders reviewed plans to strengthen academic programs across several campuses. Trustees approved a partnership with Third Future Schools to bring additional instructional support and resources to the campus. District officials said the collaboration will focus on classroom learning, teacher support, and new strategies aimed at helping students succeed in the coming school year.
