Being Updated
The board of trustees for Midland Independent School District recently voted to approve a three-year contract renewal with Third Future Schools, the organization that operates Sam Houston Collegiate Preparatory Elementary School under an SB 1882 partnership. The renewal means that Third Future Schools will continue managing instruction and campus programs through the next contract period, a move the board discussed based on student progress trends and long-term planning for charter-affiliated campuses in central Midland. The decision ensures continuity in leadership and academic focus for the elementary charter.
