The STEM Academy at Valley Ridge Elementary held a Founders Day event in February 2026 to honour people in the school's community. A staff member and a volunteer were honoured for their ongoing support and participation in school events. The award showed how hard they worked to make the school a better place and help students. The event was special for everyone because families and staff got to spend time together. It also showed how important it is for the community to help out with school every day.
