The school's 41-teacher team, one of the most tenured in the district by campus-specific years, continued its 2025-26 programming without any significant staff disruption. UISD also announced its partnership with Laredo College and Workforce Solutions for South Texas in early 2026, a post-secondary pipeline initiative that will eventually benefit Ruiz students through the district's connected K-12 pathway.
