Barbara Fasken Elementary School held its 2025-26 school year under the theme "A League of Our Own" — a message that runs through campus communications and signals the school's approach to academic culture. Select 3rd-grade students at Fasken participated in UISD's "Why Art?" program, organized by the district's Guidance and Counseling Department, which uses art-making to help students work through confidence and self-expression.
