Two fifth-grade students from Pershing Park Elementary were recently chosen to sing in a national choir. They worked on their singing and got better, which helped them get this chance. This is a big deal for both the students and the school. They can learn from other people and perform in front of more people. Parents and teachers are happy that all their hard work is paying off. It also shows that students here are encouraged to do things outside of class and explore their interests.
