ILTexas Katy Elementary School in Katy opened the 2024–25 school year sustaining its Spanish dual-language immersion model for 939 K–5 students, supported by two full-time school counselors — the only dual-counselor charter campus among the Katy charter schools in this group. The school holds a reading proficiency rate of 57% above the Texas state average of 51%. For a tuition-free charter campus serving a predominantly minority community in South Katy, the continued bilingual programming and counseling infrastructure reflect a campus built around long-term student support.
