Hoover Elementary School in Katy continues to grow its bilingual and English Language Learner programming for the 2024–25 school year, serving 736 students with 42% enrolled in bilingual instruction — the highest bilingual enrollment rate among CFISD campuses in this group. The school serves a 94% minority student body adjacent to the rapidly expanding Bridgeland community in northwest Katy.
