STEP Charter II (Bissonnet Campus) is still part of a TEA "A" rated district, which is known for keeping teachers and students stable and not letting them leave. The school is giving every student access to a computer or iPad for the 2025–2026 school year to help them become more digitally literate. The campus is also proud of its "small school" setting, which lets students take music, art, and physical education classes every day to help them grow as people.
