Park Place El's math scores in the middle of the year are the best they've been in five years, which means that the new way of teaching is working. The school recently held a "Career Fair" where professionals from the area talked to students about the different jobs they could get. As the state tests in 2026 get closer, the leaders are focused on keeping high standards for safety and mastery.
Q1. Does Park Place Elementary have a program for students who want to learn two languages at once?
Ans. Yes, the school has a bilingual program that helps students learn both English and Spanish academic material.
Q2. What kinds of technology do the classrooms at Park Place Elementary use?
Ans. Every classroom has interactive whiteboards and tablets for each student to use for digital learning and modern research projects every day.
Q3. How does Park Place Elementary make sure that students are safe when they drop off in the morning?
Ans. Staff members watch over a specific car-rider loop to make sure that students get safely from their cars to the school building.
Q4. Are there any fine arts performances that students at Park Place Elementary can take part in?
Ans. Kids take music and art classes and play in concerts for the community every winter and spring.
Q5. Is there a school counselor at Park Place Elementary to help students?
Ans. A full-time counselor is on-site to give social-emotional lessons, one-on-one help, and useful resources to all families.
