Meadow Wood El recently held a successful "Innovation Fair" where students could show off their creative ideas for making the community better. Spring Branch ISD is proud of how well the school does academically because it always meets high standards for student growth. Families are now using the spring registration period to make sure their child gets a place in school for the 2026 school year.
Q1. What is the "Innovation Fair" that Meadow Wood El holds every year?
Ans. The "Innovation Fair" is an event on campus where students use science to come up with new ways to solve real-world problems.
Q2. Is Meadow Wood El focused on making the environment better?
Ans. Yes, students at Meadow Wood El are part of a "Green Team" that takes care of recycling and garden projects all over the school.
Q3. What animal represents the students at Meadow Wood El?
Ans. The Eagle is the Meadow Wood El mascot. It stands for the students' high-flying academic success and strong sense of community.
Q4. Does Meadow Wood El have a program just for strings or orchestra?
Ans. Meadow Wood El has an optional strings program for fourth and fifth graders who want to learn how to play the violin or cello.
Q5. Are parents at Meadow Wood El allowed to help with science labs in the classroom?
Ans. Meadow Wood El is happy to have parents help with hands-on science and engineering projects all year long.
