Because the campus is safe and interesting for all students, Martinez R El is seeing a lot of student growth right now. The school recently held events for the community to celebrate student art and strengthen the bonds between the campus and families in the East End. The school is working on new literacy programs as part of HISD's goals for 2026. These programs will help students do well in school for a long time.
