Franklin Elementary is doing great right now as a new New Education System campus. It teaches students hard lessons every day and gives them modern tools. The school recently celebrated big improvements in academics, which helped the district reach its goal of getting rid of all "F" rated campuses. Families have seen how quickly the school is getting better and how hard the staff works to make learning fun and safe.
Q1. Does Franklin Elementary have a garden for science or the community?
Ans. Every day, students learn about plant biology and healthy living by doing science lessons in the campus garden.
Q2. What is the official mascot for the students at Franklin Elementary?
Ans. The Fox is the school mascot. It stands for how smart and adaptable the students in this historic community are.
Q3. Is it required for all students at Franklin Elementary to have clear backpacks?
Ans. Right now, the district requires all students to use clear or mesh backpacks to keep the campus safe.
Q4. Is there a specific bilingual education program at Franklin Elementary?
Ans. The school has a bilingual program that helps students improve their English and Spanish skills to a high level.
