The extended-day ACE program at Caraway Elementary has done a great job of giving kids more chances to learn about the arts and science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) after school. Recently, the campus honored its "Teacher of the Year" for going above and beyond to make the classroom a safe and inspiring place for all students. The school is still making sure that its students have a strong base for their future studies by trying out new ways to teach.
Q1. Do students at Caraway Elementary go to school for longer days?
Ans. Yes, the campus follows the ACE model, which gives students more time to learn and get help with their studies.
Q2. What is the official school mascot for the Caraway Elementary School?
Ans. The Cardinal is the school's mascot. It stands for a lively community that is dedicated to doing well in school and having school spirit.
Q3. Does Caraway Elementary have any special clubs for STEM or robotics?
Ans. After school, the school has a number of clubs that focus on STEM subjects like coding, engineering, and digital arts.
Q4. Do students at Caraway Elementary have to use clear or mesh backpacks?
Ans. At the moment, students can use regular backpacks because the district doesn't require clear bags.
Q5. Does Caraway Elementary have childcare on the premises before or after school?
Ans. The school's ACE program includes extended-day care to help working families and help students do better in school.
