People know that Burnett Elementary (Pasadena ISD) wants to help kids feel good about themselves and get off to a good start in school. Recently, the school held a "Career Day" where professionals from the area came to talk to students about their future goals. Teachers work hard to make the campus a safe and friendly place for students to learn and meet new people.

Ans. Upper-grade students can run for student council positions to learn how to lead and plan events on campus.
Q2. What is the official school mascot for Burnett Elementary School?
Ans. The Bull is the Burnett mascot, and it stands for strength and pride in the community for students.
Q3. Does Burnett Elementary have any specific programs for kids to go to before school?
Ans. The Champions program offers before- and after-school care at the school, with a focus on helping students with their homework and keeping an eye on their activities.
Q4. Do all students at Burnett Elementary need to have clear or mesh backpacks?
Ans. Students can use regular backpacks because the school doesn't require clear or mesh bags right now.
Q5. How can families find out if their kids can ride the bus to Burnett Elementary?
Ans. Students who live more than two miles from school within the district's residential boundaries usually get transportation.
