People still know that Briargrove Elementary has high academic standards and gets parents involved. The PTO at the school bought new playground equipment and classroom supplies to make the kids' time there more enjoyable. The teachers are dedicated to giving their students a hard curriculum that will help them get ready for middle school and beyond.
Q1. Is there a parent-teacher organization (PTO) at Briargrove Elementary that is active?
Ans. The Briargrove PTO is very busy. They pay for classroom supplies, playground improvements, and organize a number of big community fundraisers each year.
Q2. What is the official school mascot for the Briargrove Elementary School?
Ans. The Roadrunner is the school's mascot. It stands for how quickly the students learn and how they are always making progress in school.
Q3. Does Briargrove Elementary have any special classes for technology or coding?
Ans. Students go to technology rotations every week to learn about digital citizenship, basic coding, and important software programs.
Q4. Do students at Briargrove Elementary have to wear certain school uniforms?
Ans. Yes, the dress code says that you have to wear solid polo shirts in certain colors with khaki or navy bottoms.
Q5. What does Briargrove Elementary do to keep the campus safe and check in visitors?
Ans. Before entering, all visitors must show a valid government-issued ID that can be scanned by the Raptor security system.
