Askew Elementary is doing well in its new, high-tech campus, which has modern classrooms and spaces for students to work together. The school community is celebrating how well its students did in regional academic competitions and fine arts shows this semester. Teachers who care about their students want to give them the best education possible so that they are ready for the harder work in higher grades.
Q1. Does Askew El have a separate science lab for doing experiments?
Ans. There is a modern science lab on campus where students can do hands-on experiments in life and physical sciences.
Q2. How many students are there for each device at Askew El?
Ans. The school has a one-to-one ratio of technology devices, which means that every student can use digital learning.
Q3. Are there any academic clubs at Askew El ?
Ans. Students can join the Name That Book team or the math competition club to represent the school in their area.
Q4. How does Askew El help students with their social and emotional health?
Ans. The school has a counselor who helps students learn how to relax and be mindful in a positive way.
Q5. Is there a "Meet the Teacher" event at Askew El?
Ans. Families can visit classrooms and meet teachers at an orientation before the first day of school every year.
