Because its students do well in school and have high academic standards, Armand Bayou Elementary is celebrating being named a National Blue Ribbon School. Students are encouraged to explore their own interests and strengths on campus, which is a safe and fun place to be. People who work there care about their jobs and are dedicated to a mission of excellence: making sure that students are prepared for their future academic paths.

Ans. The school takes advantage of its location near local nature preserves to provide students with unique chances to learn outside and study ecology.

Ans. Students in upper elementary school can sign up for the district's strings program to learn how to play the violin, viola, or cello during school.
